Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and applicable law provides you with a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the legally prescribed period without giving a reason.

For consumer distance contracts in Germany, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days, unless a legal exception applies.

Returning Products

After submitting your withdrawal or return request, please return the products in accordance with the instructions provided by us.

Products may be inspected to determine their condition, characteristics and functionality. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products may be subject to applicable legal rules.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.

Refunds

If a withdrawal is valid, we will refund the payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that the products have been sent back.
